Color reproduction is a technique I find myself really intrigued by. This is my first go at it. The picture is of my fathers family in 1982. After the first try I consulted my grandmother about the colors which had chosen. She actually recalled all the correct colors from the day and I corrected accordingly. I had originally produced a bit too brown and murky colors.
I later on discovered a reddit thread on the matter called Colorized History which i find fascinating. I look forward to more projects like this. If you have a photo you want restored and produced in color feel free to send me an email!
